Dispendix offers various dispensing plates for high and low throughput needs. These are polypropylene plates with which the I.DOT can dose. Available in 96 or 384 well formats and with extremely small orifices that can accommodate dosing volumes as low as 4 nL, these plates are perfectly suitable for the I.DOT. With a dead volume of less than 1 microliter for any type of plate, and compatibility with a wide range of liquids, you can take your liquid handling to a new level. All plates are SBS compatible and specially developed to be used with the I.DOT non-contact dosing systems.

I.DOT dosing plates are compatible with various fluids. The range includes aqueous solutions containing salts and other ingredients, reagents used for qPCR assays, DMSO up to 100%, Matrigel and many other liquids commonly used in laboratories. The dosing plates are also suitable for solvents such as methanol and acetonitrile. In addition, liquid dispensing of living cells is one of the strengths of the I.DOT dosing plates. The plates are also suitable for enzyme buffers and genomic DNA applications, enabling gene editing and gene sequencing applications.
